Anyway, even though we actually messed something up at our first major convention, we were overwhelmed with the favorable response we got from the approximately 40 people at our seminar. Thanks so much for all positive feedback we got on our session feedback forms! The fact that only 40 of the people at the convention attended was the result of my screw-up. You see, I named our presentation The Pack and Ship Bailout Plan and then subtitled it Five Ways to make 2009 Your Most Profitable Year Ever...In Spite of the Economy. Well, on the schedules handed out, only "The Pack and Ship Bailout Plan" was shown. We got feedback from people that said they would have attended our presentation but they didn't know what it was about. If I had it to do over again I would forget about trying to make the name clever and would have named it something boring but clear like "Marketing for Pack and Ship Stores." Live and learn. Well, since so many people missed our presentation, Chip and I decided to hire a camera man and we're recording some free videos based on it so we can help everyone.
